TATTOO POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Thanks for choosing EOMWAY Tattoos! Due to singlehandedly controlling all inquiries and operations, response times may range from a 1-3 days.

 

Acceptable tattoo projects are Black & Gray and Realism. I usually don’t accept traditional style design. Cover up tattoo projects will be based off my ability to completely cover the previous tattoo. I do not fix tattoos by another artist.

 

PRE-SCHEDULING  

 

Please send in all information for your tattoo design and any photo references you have saved for your tattoo design for reference purposes. Also, include a picture of the body area you would like the tattoo to be placed (make sure it is not a previously taken picture nor googled image.) This also goes for Cover up designs.  All this will be needed, to correctly complete your design needs prior to you coming in for your appointment.  

 

SCHEDULING  

 

Monday-Friday 6pm- . Ask about earlier times. Sat. & Sun. All day. Ask about late sessions*. Bookings are required to be made at least one day in advance. If there are any cancellations or reschedules, I will do my best to notify you of the next availability.  Walk-ins are accepted everyday. Please contact me to set your appointment

 

 

DEPOSITS 

 

Deposits are taken to Lock you in on the calendar. If there is no deposit sent, YOU DO NOT have an appointment set. Deposits are accepted through the deposit link (on hold for now) . Deposit Confirmations are what determine when you are actually locked in. *Ex. If a certain time and day is open, and I notify more than one person of the same time, the first confirmed deposit will receive that appointment on the calendar. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and go towards your total price. 

 

RESCHEDULING  

 

If there is a situation where you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be lost. *Unless you properly notify me ahead of time for your appointment slot to be filled. A day to a few hours is not accepted. If you wait until last minute to cancel or postpone, a NEW deposit will be requested. The previously sent deposit will not go towards the overall tattoo price. 

 

PRICING 

 

Pricing is based off Size, Placement, and Detail. For sessions 3 hrs or shorter, prices will have a set range. Sessions that last 4 or more hours will be priced 100/hr. For larger tattoos, sessions are able to be split into two different sessions, as well as payment. Keep in mind that the second session cannot be started until the first session is completely healed. 

 

DESIGNS 

 

Designs are created once the deposit is received. I usually have them drawn ahead of time (within a few days of your appointment time), at the latest the design will be available the day of. All designs are custom made! Any photo references sent will be used for inspiration and not directly used in your tattoo design. Unless that is what you desire.  

 

TATTOO PROCEDURE 

 

It’s recommended before you come in to get a decent amount of rest the night before and refrain from any party activities the night before. A good meal is great to have before the tattoo appointment. During the process, your welcome to bring snacks and water/soda especially for longer sessions.  

 

POST PROCEDURE 

 

Feel free to leave a review on my page on your shop experience through any of my social media pages. I appreciate all honest feedback and I aim to leave every client satisfied from the point of walking in until leaving. If you have and questions you can contact me through social media, or email. Also, any inquires for healing please don’t hesitate to contact me first. 

 

HEALING  

 

The healing process should be fast and straight forward. 

 

If you receive a saran plastic covering: Please leave it on for 2-4 hours before removing it. Once removed, you may gently wash the tattoo with your hand using antibacterial soap and water. Pat or let it air dry before you apply any ointment. I prefer Aquaphor. Apply 2-3 times daily, pat access ointment off. 

 

If you receive a saniderm/adhesive film: Please leave the film on for up to a week. Contact me with a picture of the wrap prior to removing it, so I can let you know for sure. The film is breathable, so it will not bother your artwork and it is waterproof, so you may shower as usual. Make sure to alert me If you have an allergic reaction to adhesive so we may use a different method for healing.  

 

 

  •  Please don’t contact me saying ‘Yo” 

  •  20 min threshold ($20 Late Fee).  Cancel after 30 mins (unless you provide proper reasoning ahead of time) 

  •  Your allowed to bring up to 2 people with you
